VIP Nails is looking for high-quality, acrylic, design nail technicians to join us full-time and share in our success.
Our technicians make very good income. Our top acrylic designer technicians made about $7900 to $8000 in commission last month. Our technicians keep 100% of their tips.
We invested in on-line booking so our customers can make appointments at their convenience with the technician of their choice. Over 80% of our appointments are made on-line.
Work in a salon with good people. We hire staff that can do great work AND they are respectful to their coworkers. No drama or gossip.
We support our technicians by providing quality supplies (we do not deduct for supplies); full-time receptionists to make appointments, check customers in and out, and help the salon run smoothly; and a chores helper to take care of towels and refill supplies; and a cleaning crew that comes in every morning to clean the salon so it can be clean for staff and customers.
We invest in on-line marketing, and we have 50 new clients each week for our technicians. It is up to the technicians to take care of the clients by providing quality work, being on-time, showing respect and courtesy to them, and earning their next appointment.
